Our pricing is based on mileage, vehicle type, and level of assistance needed.

PRICES
Wheelchair Transportation: $40 per pickup and $4 per mile
Ambulatory Transportation: $30 per pickup and $4 per mile
Stretcher Transportation: $300 per pickup and $7 per mile
Weekend/after hours: add $15
No Show Fee: $40
Discharge from Facility: add $15
Insurance & Payment Options
We are a private pay organization. We are not able to bill to insurance.
We do work with facilities and case managers for billing coordination.
Some insurance providers may cover non-emergency transportation if clients submit their paid receipts — check with your plan for details.
